Refund Policy

Coin packs

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the Coin has not been spent. Because Coin is delivered instantly, spent Coin and items already bought with it cannot be refunded.

Supporter tiers

You can cancel a monthly supporter tier at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid 30-day period. A refund for the current period is available within 7 days of the charge.

Problems with a purchase

If you were charged but did not receive your Coin or perks, or were charged twice, contact us and we will deliver the item or refund you in full.

How to request

Email l0ginp@gmail.com with the email used at checkout and the date of the payment. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
